Returns
Winston Nash does NOT accept returns on our precious metal items. These items are custom pieces created specifically for your pet. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on them.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund
If a refund is issued it can take up to 10 days for the funds to be returned to your form of payment.
