If, within 120 days of delivery of the item, a Winston Nash precious metal piece fails during *normal wear because of a defect in material or manufacturing, we will replace or repair it with like quality materials at no cost to you.

 

* The warranty of these pieces is for material and manufacturing defects only; wear is not covered. Normal wear can produce the following but is not limited to: scratches, scuffs, dents, dullness and dings. 

 

If a Winston Nash precious metal piece is damaged and needs repair after the 120 days, we will facilitate repairs with like quality materials at an additional cost to you.

 

If jump ring has thinned out and you would like to have a new one replace the worn one please contact us to discuss cost and process for that.

 

Repair times vary and will be completed as quickly as possible.

 

Replacement of Sterling Silver tags: If customer changes their phone number or wants a replacement tag for any reason Winston Nash will offer the same tag with engraving from initial order (phone number or message can be changed, but not name) at a 25% discount on the tag cost at the time of the new purchase. No other discounts will apply. New tag will be shipped without the Winston Nash standard packaging. Customer will be responsible for shipping.
