Please go through the order process choosing the text you would like on the front and back of tag. Note any other customization's you desire in the comment section. The cost of the tag includes text and finish type, such as high polish or matte. Any customization requests outside of those items may be added for an additional fee which will be discussed during the design process.
You will be contacted via email within three business days by Founder to continue the design process. It can take 4-8 weeks from design to receipt of the finished tag. Longer times may occur if additional customization's require more time or there is delay in client communication.
You can receive a refund minus 10% for already completed design efforts if after the end of the design process you decide to not sign off on final design.
